Childrens Services Coordinator

This role involves creating and leading programs for children and youth to support school success and emotional growth while assisting with daily site operations, monitoring the environment, and responding to client needs. The coordinator also provides case management services, connects families to resources, and supports clients in achieving housing stability.

A preferred qualification is an associate's degree in a related field, though a high school diploma/Ged with 2-5 years of equivalent experience in related fields like housing services or community outreach is acceptable. Candidates must be comfortable with basic technology and demonstrate strong skills in empathy, emotional regulation, documentation, advocacy, resource identification, and group facilitation, with specialized knowledge in children's resources.
