Education Specialist (Grades 1-5, Reading & Math)

Provide individualized, evidence-Based instruction to support students diagnosed with conditions like add/Adhd, asd, or executive dysfunction, utilizing assessment tools to identify needs. Develop and implement personalized learning plans, monitor progress, and collaborate with parents and educators to ensure students achieve their reading goals.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in special education or a certification as a reading specialist or sped teacher, along with experience working with neurodivergent learning populations. Strong understanding of intervention strategies and excellent communication skills are required to build rapport and motivate students.
