After School Program Leader

This role involves facilitating, managing, and providing activities that expand upon the regular school day content for elementary and middle school students, potentially directing other program personnel. Essential duties include planning activities, supervising students in various settings, maintaining records, and ensuring student health and safety.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, along with a minimum of 48 college units or passing the nclb test, and demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. Successful candidates must also pass a criminal background check, provide a clear tb test, and obtain first aid and cpr certification within 30 days of employment.
