Instructional Assistant Special Circumstance

The special circumstance instructional assistant provides direct support to students with special needs by assisting with instruction, behavior management, and physical or medical care. They work across various school environments to ensure student safety, independence, and academic success under the guidance of supervising teachers.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and pass a pre-Employment proficiency test. The role requires the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and monitoring students, as well as maintaining confidentiality and working effectively within a team.
