Summer Camp Counselor, Newport Beach

The summer camp counselor will guide groups of 15+ campers weekly, ensuring their physical and emotional safety while fostering a supportive and engaging experience through team activities and games. They will collaborate with instructors to deliver the project-Based curriculum integrating stem subjects and support all aspects of daily camp operations.

Candidates must have experience supervising groups of 10 or more children, with at least one year in a related field like summer camp, childcare, or coaching. Applicants must be at least 18 years old by may 1st, 2026, and commit to working a minimum of four continuous weeks during the camp duration.
