Summer Instructor, Irvine - Loma Ridge

The summer instructor will lead hands-On design and outdoor activities, facilitating galileo’s innovative, project-Based curriculum for groups of up to 28 campers across various rotations. Responsibilities also include ensuring a safe learning space, managing camper behavior using restorative practices, and actively engaging in all camp traditions.

Candidates must have at least one year of instructional or classroom support experience in k-8 education, or equivalent experience mentoring children, and must be at least 18 years old by may 1st, 2026. A commitment to working the full duration of camp (4-8 continuous weeks) is prioritized, and the role requires the ability to use web-Based tools via a personal smart device.
