Teen Engagement Specialist - Sports

Engagement specialists design and lead student-Centered clubs and activities for youth in grades 6 through 12, focusing on sports and recreation. They create inclusive programming that promotes participation, teamwork, and healthy lifestyles while ensuring a safe and supportive environment.

Candidates should have experience engaging middle and high school youth in various personal growth areas and demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills. A bachelor's degree in education or a related field is preferred, along with cpr, aed, and first aid certification.
