Home Health Speech Language Pathologist

The speech-Language pathologist will conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans while providing therapy targeting various speech and language issues. They will also maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care.

Candidates must have a master's or doctoral degree in speech language pathology and possess a valid slp license in colorado. Additionally, cpr certification and a minimum of 1-Year clinical experience are preferred.
