PACE Physical Therapy Assistant

The physical therapy assistant implements physical therapy programs for pace patients under the direction of a physical therapist. They evaluate treatment effectiveness and ensure compliance with individual care plans to promote patient independence and functional ability.

Candidates must have an associate degree from an accredited physical therapy program and a license as a physical therapist assistant in california. Two years of experience working with the geriatric population is required, along with bls/Cpr certification.
