PACE Physical Therapy Assistant

The physical therapy assistant implements physical therapy programs for pace patients under the direction of a physical therapist. They evaluate treatment effectiveness, guide patients in using adaptive devices, and ensure compliance with care plans.

Candidates must have an associate degree in physical therapy and a license as a physical therapist assistant in california. Two years of experience with the geriatric population is required, along with bls/Cpr certification.
