Teacher's Aide

The instructional aide/Classroom assistant supports the classroom teacher by reinforcing lessons for individuals or small groups and assisting with general classroom management duties to ensure a safe and effective learning environment. Key duties include instructional support, student supervision across various school settings, and performing necessary preparation and clerical tasks.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, though an associate's degree or higher is preferred. Prior experience working with school-Aged children, especially in a school setting or with diverse learners, is preferred, alongside strong interpersonal skills and basic knowledge of core subjects.
