Core responsibilities
The occupational therapist will be responsible for identifying needs, developing, and implementing treatment plans with functional and measurable outcomes for students receiving ot services according to iep guidelines. This role also involves contributing to program-Wide strategies, developing instructional materials, and conducting professional development for staff.
Requirements summary
Candidates must successfully complete an accredited occupational therapy program and possess a valid mo license to practice in schools, along with experience in educational or clinical settings. Preferred qualifications include experience with autism/Developmental disabilities, strong knowledge of the iep process, and familiarity with pbis, aba, and scm.
