Job Coach

The job coach assists adults with developmental disabilities in achieving independence by providing vocational training, job application support, and on-Site coaching. They are responsible for creating action plans, maintaining accurate documentation, and coordinating with supervisors and service providers.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and be eligible for criminal record and child abuse clearances. Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree in human services and experience working with individuals with autism.
