Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The behavior technician implements daily treatment plans for clients, focusing on changing behavior through observation, measurement, and implementing skills acquisition and behavior reduction plans as directed by the bcba. Key duties include gathering behavioral data, incorporating parent training, and ensuring timely documentation and high-Quality care.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent, possess strong communication skills, and demonstrate patience, high energy, and a positive attitude while enjoying interaction with children. The role requires physical activity, including ambulation, running, lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally, and the ability to manage crisis situations.
