Full-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Partner with board certified behavior analysts (Bcbas) to deliver life-Transforming therapy, creating engaging learning experiences for children with autism spectrum disorder (Asd). Responsibilities include using positive reinforcement, completing daily progress notes, fostering skill acquisition, and collaborating with families on strategy implementation.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old, possess proof of high school graduation (Diploma or ged), and have reliable transportation, with college enrollment or a degree being preferred. Essential physical requirements include the ability to lift 50 lbs and quickly move into a running stance.
