Child Start, Inc. is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Site Administrative Assistant.
In this role, you will be responsible for the daily systems operation, including Go Engage data entry, clerical work, and other programmatic responsibilities for individual Head Start or partnership centers.
Key responsibilities: Enter and verify data into Go Engage on all Head Start applications Complete applications as assigned Calculate and verify income eligibility on all 0-5 applications Enter all center or partnership information into Go Engage Prepare routine reports as requested Support enrollment and attendance processes for all Head Start 0-5 Programs High school diploma or equivalent One year of related experience Data entry skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Ability to operate office equipment Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills The Site Administrative Assistant position pays $15.09/hour, 40 hours per week and 52 weeks per year.

Must be able to commute daily to Wichita, KS.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, along with at least one year of related experience, demonstrating proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office. Essential soft skills include excellent attention to detail and strong organizational abilities, and the role requires the ability to work 40 hours per week in Wichita, KS.
