College and Career Intervention Coach at Taylor Preparatory High School (2026-27 School Year)

The coach will develop interventions to support student academic, soft, and career/College readiness skills while collaborating with staff and stakeholders to address student needs and barriers. Responsibilities also include upholding the college preparatory mission by hosting visits, providing advising, and coaching students through financial aid processes.

Candidates must possess a bachelor of arts degree or higher from an accredited institution, along with knowledge of general computer systems and effective communication skills. A school counselor license or endorsement is preferred, and supervisory experience is also listed as preferred.
