- Summary: The role of the Live-Out Residential Supervisor is to help foster a healthy and inclusive residential environment where each girl feels empowered to live comfortably and grow. This position requires a responsible, caring, energetic, and engaged professional who is interested in helping high school girls make connections, develop relationships, and navigate all aspects of community living. The position would include residential life duties predominantly with a 40 hour work week,
- Tuesday through
- Saturday from 2:15pm- 10:45pm, for the rest of this school year (mid-June). This position will most likely change the working day for next school year, starting in August but the hours will remain the same. This position requires experience in residential life and/or youth mentoring. This position is instrumental in supporting the residential life team to create a homelike atmosphere in the dorms centered on inclusion and belonging, and is willing and available to regularly socialize and talk with students and help when advice is needed.
