We’re partnering with a welcoming elementary school to find a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist ready to make a lasting impact. This full-time, school-based opportunity is ideal for an SLP who enjoys working with young learners and wants to be part of a collaborative, student-centered environment.

In this role, you’ll support students as they build essential communication skills that influence academic performance, social interaction, and overall confidence. You’ll work closely with educators, families, and support staff to create meaningful progress for every child you serve.

What You’ll Be Doing

As the Speech-Language Pathologist, you will provide direct therapy services to students with identified speech and language needs while supporting their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). You will assess student progress through ongoing data collection, adjust interventions to support growth, and maintain accurate documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines.

Collaboration will play an important role in this position, as you partner with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary team members to ensure strategies are implemented consistently throughout the school day. Your expertise will help guide instructional decisions and support the overall communication development of the students you serve.

Requirements

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP). Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related discipline. Active or eligible Speech-Language Pathologist license in South Carolina.
