Job Coach

The job coach will provide individualized, on-Site support to help an individual with intellectual and developmental disabilities maintain job success, build necessary workplace skills, and promote long-Term independence. Responsibilities include assisting with job tasks, encouraging professionalism, supporting positive coworker interactions, and maintaining accurate progress documentation.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or ged, possess a valid driver's license, and be able to pass a national background check. Experience in direct support or human services is a plus but not required, though the role specifically requires male applicants due to individual support plan needs.
