Job Coach

Provide individualized, hands-On support and training to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities at their community-Based job sites. Collaborate with employers and support teams to foster workplace skills, independence, and professional growth.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or ged and a valid driver's license. The role requires the ability to pass a national background check and the physical capacity to lift up to 50 lbs.
