As a Taekwondo instructor you will be responsible instructing and engaging youth to participate in taekwondo classes.
Key Responsibilities
Teach the basics of Taekwondo including stances, blocks, basic kicks, strikes, forms, balance, coordination, and beginner self-defense concepts.
Lead structured classes that support skill progression for beginners of varying ages.
Maintain a safe class environment by teaching proper technique and supervising all activities.
Encourage positive participation, cooperation and exemplify our core values.
Assist in creating age appropriate lesson plans to ensure fun, high-energy classes.
Work alongside volunteers to assist with programming.
Track program attendance.
Qualifications
Experience practicing or teaching Taekwondo (belt level preferred).

Position Summary
