Core responsibilities
The registered behavior technician will deliver 1
1 direct applied behavioral analysis (Aba) treatment to clients to increase skills and decrease problem behaviors, working closely with the supervising behavior analyst (Bcba). Responsibilities also include supporting parent/Caregiver training, collecting data, documenting records, and communicating progress to inform treatment plans.
Requirements summary
Candidates should preferably have at least 1-2 years of experience working with children and preferably 1 year of experience with aba, along with a bachelor's degree in psychology or a related field. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, strong organizational and communication skills, and a passion for helping others are mandatory.
