Requirements
Qualified candidates will have: BCBA at the Master’s Level; Maintain certification of your BCBA and LBS. Maintain CAQH and credentialing with insurance companies. Previous experience working in a reputable clinic, home, or school program is highly desirable. A minimum of 1 year clinical/home/school experience providing direct services to children with Autism, training parents, and supervising staff in the implementation of intervention protocols. Knowledge of insurance-third party funding systems or willingness to learn. Extremely knowledgeable of early learning curriculum and the application of behavioral principles to increase a wide range of functional repertoires. Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
