The Deck Supervisor will serve as the lifeguard on duty, responsible for observing and patrolling the pool area while enforcing safety regulations according to American Red Cross standards. Serve as the lifeguard on duty.
Responsible for observing and patrolling the pool area, enforcing safety regulations as outlined in American Red Cross Lifeguard standards
Assist swimmers in and around the pool area as well as swim instructors, as needed
Provide emergency care and treatment as required until the arrival of emergency medical services.
Prepare and maintain appropriate incident reports.
Candidates must possess current Red Cross Lifeguard and CPR/AED certifications for adult, infant, and swimmer, along with previous swim instruction experience. Applicants must also successfully complete all American Red Cross lifeguarding prerequisites.
