Elementary Special Education Teacher (SY 2026-2027)

The elementary special education teacher is responsible for instructing elementary special education students from grades k-5 and creating a flexible classroom environment that fosters learning and personal growth. They will also develop and maintain ieps, collaborate with general education teachers, and advocate for the needs of students with disabilities.

Candidates must hold a current mn teaching license in special education and have at least 3 years of teaching experience. Strong skills in classroom presentation and management, as well as knowledge of instructional technologies and teaching strategies, are also required.
