Central Sterile Supply-Educator

The css educator acts as a subject matter expert, providing education and support to the central sterile team to ensure quality surgical instrument care. They design, implement, and evaluate educational programs while promoting a culture of safety and accountability.

Candidates must have an associate's degree in healthcare or a related field and a certified registered central service technician (Crcst) or certified sterile processing and distribution technician certification within six months of hire. A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is required, with 2-4 years preferred.
