Residential Counselor (Non-student Extra Help)

The residential counselor must live in the residence hall, assist in peer counseling for first-Year students, and supervise and develop recreational activities. Duties also include assisting with program activities, completing student evaluations, attending meetings, assisting instructors, and tutoring students in evening help rooms.

Applicants must be current full-Time, upper-Class undergraduate students in good academic standing, capable of working effectively with students and staff in both classroom and residential settings. Prior peer counseling experience, experience with diverse communities, group settings, and demonstrated proficiency in oral and written communication are preferred or required.
