Montessori Toddler Assistant Teacher

The assistant teacher is responsible for supporting the learning of children aged 16 to 36 months under the direction of the lead teacher. This includes assisting with transitions, maintaining classroom supplies, and collaborating as a team member across classrooms.

The ideal candidate must view children as deserving of respect, show compassion for families, and be willing to problem-Solve and support fellow staff members. The position supports the mission by implementing a warm, nurturing, supportive, and culturally sensitive learning environment.
