Core responsibilities
The primary duties involve serving as the ems program director and lead instructor, which includes coordinating and supervising all ems program courses to ensure compliance with coaemsp accreditation and ardems regulations. The instructor will also teach various classes and coordinate continuing education courses, alongside administrative tasks like maintaining agreements and preparing reports.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in ems, a health-Related field, or education, and must be an arkansas certified paramedic instructor who is a nationally registered paramedic. A current, unencumbered paramedic license with a minimum of 2 years' experience (3-5 preferred) and documented instructional methodology experience are required.
