Assistant Coach Women's Basketball

Responsibilities include assisting in the implementation and management of all phases of a competitive ncaa division ii women’s basketball program, covering coaching, recruiting, scheduling, and travel. Duties also involve supervising athletes, fundraising, monitoring academic progress, and potentially part-Time teaching in health and physical education.

A baccalaureate degree is required, with a master’s degree preferred, alongside a minimum of two years of coaching experience. Candidates must possess knowledge of ncaa and great american conference bylaws and demonstrate the ability to organize and motivate student athletes effectively.
