LEEP 2026 Counselor

Counselors are responsible for supporting lead teachers and mentoring student participants in grades 6 or 9 during the leep summer program, which runs from late june through july. Specific duties include assisting with instruction, tutoring, student supervision, and promoting an inclusive and supportive learning environment.

Candidates must have an interest in youth education, experience working with diverse populations, and an equity and inclusion mindset. They must also be comfortable supporting interdisciplinary lessons in english/History, math/Statistics, and science/Environmental studies, while acting with flexibility and commitment to student success.
