Camp Program Specialist

The program specialist is responsible for proficiently teaching the established camp program curriculum and concepts while actively engaging in and adjusting activities to meet the varying needs of different groups. This role also involves assisting with the development of new programs, supporting meal procedures, and cooperating in the maintenance of the grounds and proper use of facility equipment.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or ged, along with a minimum of one year of college coursework and 24 months of related experience, or an equivalent combination. The role requires the ability to work outdoors in the texas summer heat and obtain specific certifications like lifeguard, high ropes, low ropes, and/Or archery.
