The primary focus of early intervention is to provide education, training, and support to families to help their children learn and grow.   • DescriptionResponsibilities: Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of all areas of infant-toddler development. Utilize a parent coaching model in work with families. Participate in screenings, assessments, child groups, parent groups, center visits, and home visits as a member of a trans-disciplinary team. Provide home-based services to families across the catchment area. Collaborate with community providers to ensure continuity of services for families including child care providers, medical providers, social service agencies, and specialty providers serving children with autism or hearing/vision loss. Provide service coordination to assigned caseload including coordinating the development, monitoring, and review of the Individual Family Service Plan.
