Revenue Integrity Instructional Designer (Hybrid)

The role involves planning, designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining training for designated it applications, which includes understanding operational workflows and supporting it application build. Responsibilities also cover creating, testing, and maintaining course curricula, developing realistic practice scenarios, and handling the technical build and validation of it applications in the training environment.

Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in an it or healthcare operations related field, along with knowledge of adult learning principles and operational workflows. A high school diploma/Ged is required, though an associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred, and epic experience is strongly desired.
