Market context
In Pennsylvania, ABA Behavioral Health Technician roles are commonly tied to school, clinic, and community-based services, so demand often follows local behavioral health and special education staffing needs. This role is competitive because employers typically look for clean PA Criminal, Child Abuse, and FBI clearances, plus a high school diploma or GED, while RBT-related training or certification can strengthen an application. Before applying, confirm your clearances and note that the job requirements and benefits here are AI-summarized from the original posting, which can save time reviewing details.
