WIC Nutrition Counselor

This role involves providing nutrition education, breastfeeding support, and referrals as part of the wic program, which offers food benefits to qualifying families. The counselor will conduct educational sessions in both individual and group settings.

Candidates must possess an associate's or bachelor's degree in nutrition and demonstrate excellent verbal communication skills for conducting educational sessions. Sensitivity to the issues faced by low-Income people and diverse cultural backgrounds is also required.
