  • Position: Full-Time This Is Not Your Traditional BCBA Position Not your traditional BCBA role! Step into an impactful setting where you can deliver quality ABA services and help children with autism thrive in their natural environment at partner childcare centers in Hoschton, GA. Make a real difference in their lives today! Why is this position nontraditional? We are led by a team of Behavior Analysts that have over 25 years certified combined and who truly understand the significance of the work we do every day. ABA services in our childcare centers are delivered in a natural environment, with same age peers fostering meaningful progress and skill development for children with autism through real-life, everyday interactions. Ongoing teacher collaboration and support for the childcare classroom. Observe and provide support to children who may not yet have a diagnosis, helping to identify and address behavioral challenges early on. This is applied behavior analysis woven into everyday life. Why This Role Stands Out Conduct assessments and design individualized behavioral interventions Provide ABA services and behavioral consultation within childcare centers Supervise and train RBTs Coach and collaborate with childcare staff to promote classroom-wide success Support children with ASD and other developmental challenges in inclusive settings What You’ll Bring Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Strong organizational skills and clinical decision-making abilities A collaborative mindset and comfort working within school/childcare teams Flexibility to commute between partner childcare locations across Atlanta and GA (additional compensation provided) 25-50% Travel Requirement - this is a non-negotiable with the role Must live within 50 miles of GA border

What We Offer

You Compensation: $95,000 starting (tiered salary based on experience and certification year) $5,000 Sign-On Bonus: We value your commitment to our team, and we offer a generous sign-on bonus to be paid out half at 3 months, the remaining half at 6 months. Yearly performance based bonuses based on KPI's Receive $1,500 in CEU reimbursement, which can also be applied toward travel expenses for conferences Manageable billable expectation: 25 hours a week with a 40 hour work week to provide balance for billable and non-billable responsibilities! Mileage & Travel Reimbursement: company-provided credit card for travel expenses. Health, Dental, and Vision insurance options. Retirement savings plan (401(k) with matching). Requirements

Must hold an active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and live within 50 miles of the Georgia border. Requires flexibility to commute between partner locations with a non-negotiable 25-50% travel requirement.
