Head Coach - Rock Steady Boxing

The head coach will deliver rock steady boxing classes, ensuring fidelity to the curriculum while fostering an encouraging, non-Competitive environment for participants. Responsibilities also include preparing for each session, encouraging group interaction, supporting participant goal-Setting, and maintaining participant confidentiality.

Candidates must commit to the ymca's mission and possess strong communication, organization, and relationship-Building skills, along with empathy and cultural competency. Eligibility requires holding either a medical professional license, an ncca-Accredited fitness certification, or a degree in an exercise science-Related field.
