Mental Health Visiting Professor

The clinical instructor implements the college's philosophy, curriculum, and objectives through clinical teaching, planning experiences, and providing direct supervision and evaluation of nursing students. They are also responsible for contributing to program development, maintaining agency knowledge, and serving as a professional role model.

Candidates must possess a master's or doctoral degree in nursing from a regionally accredited institution and hold an unencumbered professional nursing license in michigan. A minimum of two years of professional experience as a registered nurse within the last five years in the area of instruction is required, though teaching or precepting experience is preferred.
