Behavioral Health Technician

The role involves mentoring teens (Ages 12-17) and fostering a safe, engaging therapeutic environment by leading daily routines and group activities focused on healthy coping strategies. Technicians must also document progress and collaborate with clinical staff to ensure individualized care.

Applicants must be 21 years or older and possess a high school diploma or ged, with an associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. A minimum of one year of experience working with adolescents in behavioral health, education, coaching, or mentorship is preferred, along with the willingness to participate in physical interventions.
