Behavioral Health Technician

Technicians will support students in adhering to daily routines and ensuring alignment with individualized treatment plans developed by therapists. This role requires prompt and effective intervention during escalations to maintain safety, alongside implementing crisis prevention strategies and thorough documentation.

Candidates must be 21 years of age or older, possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and be able to pass pre-Employment screenings including drug and criminal background checks. Strong emotional regulation and boundary-Setting skills are essential, with willingness to learn, though prior experience in behavioral health is preferred.
