Clinical Support Staff

Clinical support staff assist the clinical team in supporting clients during treatment groups and activities. They supervise clients to ensure safety and help with administrative tasks such as check-Ins and preparing materials for therapy sessions.

Candidates should have a bachelor's degree or higher in behavioral sciences and experience working in a behavioral health setting, particularly with youth. Familiarity with neurodivergent individuals and clinical documentation is a plus.
