Hybrid BCBA

The bcba will develop, monitor, and oversee aba treatment plans while providing direct clinical supervision to behavior technicians and case supervisors. Key duties include maintaining 25 billable hours per week, conducting fbas, collaborating with parents, and ensuring accurate documentation.

Candidates must possess a master's degree in a relevant field such as psychology or applied behavior analysis, along with bcba certification or state licensure. Preferred qualifications include at least two years of aba experience and prior experience developing behavior reduction and skill acquisition plans.
