  • Job Title: Nurse Practitioner Department: Nursing | College Administration Works at The Ohio State University College of Nursing Interprofessional Collaborative Practice Clinic (IPCP) at OSU East Hospital with NPs and other members of the interprofessional collaborative practice team to provide primary care to patients in a clinic setting; works with members of the healthcare team to formulate treatment plans; triages patients and provides emergency treatment when appropriate; conducts in-service training and monitors the skill levels of clinical staff; actively contributes to patient satisfaction with timely responses and completion of Electronic Health Record tasks; teaches and mentors health professional students on theory and practice of care delivery by an interprofessional team; serves as preceptor for RN, NP and medical students.
  • Required Qualifications: Master's Degree in Nursing or DNP; National Certification as Family Nurse Practitioner or Adult Nurse Practitioner; Ohio State Licensure as RN and APN; Ohio Prescriptive Authority and DEA License Desired Qualifications: Two years practice experience as an NP
