Instructors must skillfully and safely use various Pilates equipment, including Mat and Reformer, to deliver creative group experiences while adhering to Club Pilates standards. Responsibilities also include developing safe and challenging class plans, providing instruction for various session types, and demonstrating anatomical knowledge to offer modifications for clients with limitations.
Candidates must possess a minimum of 200-450+ hour comprehensive Pilates education, including Mat and Reformer training, and demonstrate confidence in teaching all client levels safely. Essential qualifications include a pleasant demeanor, excellent customer service skills, professional communication, and a commitment to continuous learning and evolving with the fitness industry.

We are currently hiring Instructors (minimum of Mat & Reformer training) with confidence in working with all levels of clients to provide challenging, fitness-based Pilates classes in a safe manner.
