Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Family Medicine Physician for an established community health organization in Huntington Park, California.

This unique opportunity allows you to practice directly on a middle school campus, bringing high-quality primary care to students, families, faculty, and the surrounding community. • Position overview
• Practice in a unique school-based outpatient primary care clinic located on a middle school campus
• Provide comprehensive primary care for pediatric, adolescent, and adult patients in one convenient community location
• Care for approximately 20-24 patients per day in a well-supported outpatient practice
• Build long-term patient relationships while improving healthcare access for an underserved population
• Collaborate with an experienced multidisciplinary healthcare team focused on prevention and continuity of care

• Compensation
• $120-$125 Per Hour Based On Experience
• Federal & State Student Loan Repayment Eligibility

• Schedule
• Monday-Friday
• No Nights
• No Weekends
• No Call

• ROLE
• Provide comprehensive outpatient family medicine services
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Perform preventive care, wellness exams, and chronic disease management
• Care for patients across multiple age groups in a school-based community setting
• Coordinate specialty referrals and continuity of care
• Document patient encounters accurately within the EMR

Requirements

• Md or do required
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine REQUIRED
• Active California Medical License REQUIRED
• Active DEA Registration REQUIRED
• Compassionate, Patient-Centered Primary Care Approach REQUIRED
• Strong Interest In Community And Preventive Medicine Preferred
