Clinical Onboarding & Compliance Coordinator

The coordinator will own the end-To-End compliance verification process, focusing on reviewing and resolving student vaccination and immunization records against clinical site requirements. This role also manages the full onboarding process for clinical partner sites, including coordinating background checks, drug screenings, and other required certifications.

A minimum of an associate’s degree or equivalent professional experience in compliance, onboarding, or healthcare administration is required, along with at least one year of administrative experience involving document verification or compliance tracking. Candidates must demonstrate strong accuracy, proficiency with spreadsheets, and excellent written communication skills, and must reside locally in the sacramento area.
