Job Summary The Guest Lab Instructor is a lead technologist or senior clinical staff member from an affiliated clinical site who provides on-campus, hands-on laboratory instruction to students. This role supports skill development, reinforces clinical best practices, and strengthens collaboration between the institution and clinical partners.

Key Responsibilities Provide hands-on instruction during scheduled on-campus lab sessions Demonstrate clinical techniques, workflows, and best practices relevant to student training Support students by answering questions and reinforcing safety and quality standards Collaborate with Program Directors and Clinical Coordinators to meet lab objectives Maintain professional conduct consistent with institutional and clinical site standards

Qualifications

Current lead technologist or senior technologist at an affiliated clinical site Actively involved in training or supervising students at the clinical site Strong communication skills and ability to teach in a lab environment Recommendation from a Clinical Coordinator or site leadership

Time Commitment One or more single-day lab teaching sessions, scheduled as needed Lab sessions are typically held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.; however, guest lab instructor hours may be flexible, with a minimum commitment of four (4) hours per session.
