Academic Advisor (Advanced Academic Programs, Student Services)

The academic advisor will holistically support master’s-Level graduate and professional students with academic planning, course registration, strategy development, and post-Graduation plans, while troubleshooting issues and monitoring academic standing. This role also involves conducting group advising sessions, collaborating with campus partners, and participating in working groups to improve advising services.

A minimum requirement is a master's degree and three years of relevant experience, though education and experience can substitute for each other based on the jhu equivalency formula. Preferred qualifications include a master's in higher education or a related field, and experience with international or online student populations.
